Ingredients

75ml Chandon Brut.
2 inches of raw cucumber with peel.
15ml simple syrup.
5-7 spearmint leaves.


Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber with mint leaves and simple syrup.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with Chandon Brut and stir.
  4. Garnish with slice of cucumber or mint sprig.
