Food & Wine Pairing

There's really no big mystery to food and wine pairing. And there's really no right or wrong. All you really have to do is think about the flavours and textures of the food and choose wine with similar characteristics. Alternatively, you might also want to experiment with some opposing flavours. Try cutting through a rich dish with something much lighter and drier in style. But most importantly, drink wines you enjoy. It's really only then that two of life's great pleasures will be elevated to a whole new level.
