Domaine Chandon, along with some of the Yarra Valley's finest wineries, invites you to experience twilight at its breathtaking best this summer.
Throughout January and February 2012, Domaine Chandon will be matching wines by the glass with a selection of antipasto and cheese platters, as well as offering range tastings and Chandon cocktails in the exquisite new Greenpoint Bar as the sun goes down.

Other participating wineries (including Oakridge, Punt Road, Medhurst, Seville Estate, Whispering Hills, Mandala and De Bortoli) will also be extending their opening hours until 8pm every Friday and Saturday night from 6 January through to 25 February.
Yarra Valley Transfers will offer a transfer bus service between the wineries and the towns of Yarra Glen and Healesville so that everyone can enjoy a hassle-free evening in the valley.

Domaine Chandon offers a two-hour "wine discovery" class designed to give both beginners and wine enthusiasts the chance to experience the wine behind the wines.
With a maximum of twelve people in each class, Sunday School is held at the Historic Homestead at Domaine Chandon and gives guests an intimate opportunity to celebrate premium wines.
Guests learn how to taste wine properly and explore how chardonnay and pinot noir work to influence the taste of sparkling and still wines. They take a behind-the-scenes tour to see how sparkling wine is made, from the vine to the bottle, and taste wines in progress.
