Petit Meslier is a little-known and precious white grape. It is one of seven varieties found in Champagne and only seen in the rarest sparkling wines. Our curiosity led us to explore the possibilities of Petit Meslier as a single varietal wine. Over the course of many years, we've lovingly brought to life a single hectare at our Whitlands vineyard in King Valley. While the variety is notoriously hard to grow, our vineyard team have coaxed a beautiful expression; a wine with lively citrus and a floral bouquet, supported by pasty notes from extended time of lees, and generous palate weight.
