DOMAINE CHANDON COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
MIFF | Chin Chin x Chandon Wine Club Promotion
1. General
1.1 By participating in the Domaine Chandon competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
1.2 The promoter is Domaine Chandon, trading as Domaine Chandon Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 89 006 433 147 of 727 Maroondah Highway, Coldstream VIC 3770 (Promoter).
1.3 The Promotion commences at 14:00pm (AEDT) on 21th of July 2020 and closes at 23:59pm (AEDT) on 17th of August 2020 (Promotion Period).
1.4 Entry is open to Melbourne metro residents (within a 25km radius of the CBD) only who are over 18 years of age.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter this Promotion you must join the Chandon Etoile Wine Club or Chandon Petite Etoile Wine Club during the promotion period by completing the online application form including your full name, delivery address, email address and payment details.
2.2 ‘Governed by the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Victoria), this is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
2.3 Multiple entries are not permitted.
2.4 Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
2.5 Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.6 Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
3. Draw and Prizes
3.1 Drawing of the prize will take place at 11:00am (AEDT) on 18th August 2020.
3.2 Ten (10) winners will receive a Chin Chin x Chandon Banquet to be redeemed on Saturday 22nd August 2020 on the closing night of the 2020 Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) for two (2) people which includes:
3.2.1 One (1) bottle of Chandon Vintage Brut 2015
3.2.2 One (1) ticket to view MIFF closing night film, Ema
3.2.3 Banquet menu for two (2) people from Chin Chin restaurant
3.3 Total prize pool value is at approximately $1800.00 including GST.
3.4 Winners of this competition will be notified via phone to their nominated phone number, and by email to their nominated email address by 17:00pm (AEDT) on 18th August 2020. All winners will also be posted on the chandon.com.au website.
3.5 The winner will be sent instructions via email on how to redeem their prize from Chin Chin restaurant in Melbourne. The prize is only available to redeem on Saturday 22 August 2020, to correspond with the closing night of the Melbourne International Film Festival. The prize can either be collected from Chin Chin restaurant located at 125 Flinders Lane Melbourne or Chandon can arrange for the prize to be delivered to your desired address via courier service
3.6 This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
3.7 If the winner cannot be contacted by Wednesday 19th August 2020 by 12.00pm, after all reasonable attempts have been made, the Promoter has the right to select a new winner.
3.8 The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
3.9 Only recipients that are 18+ will be able to redeem the Chin Chin x Chandon Banquet and must present identification if requested.

4.1 The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy
