There are no joining fees to be part of Club CHANDON. All you need to pay for are the scheduled Club Selections, delivered every 3 or 4 months, depending on your membership choice.
We will process your club payments during the first week of the month that your Club Selection is scheduled to be delivered. In the event that the payment fails, your payment may be processed later in the month.
You are not locked into a contract when you join Club CHANDON. There is, however, a $50 cancellation fee for memberships cancelled within the first year of membership. After your first 12 months you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
Your first Club Selection will be dispatched in the month following confirmation of your membership account. Club Selections will be dispatched accordingly in following months, depending on which membership you choose. We ship with Australia Post, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking updated directly from Australia Post.

Our seasonal club selections showcase the very best of CHANDON sparkling wine. These packs comprise limited-release and flagship sparklings, and unfortunately we don't offer any customisation of selections. We always send a notification of your upcoming delivery before we charge your credit card or dispatch the wine, and are happy to skip a delivery for you. We will replace any broken or missing deliveries as soon as possible after becoming aware of it. Australia Post will often notify us of any mishaps, so that we can address them. If you get a notification from Australia Post that something has gone wrong and you haven't already heard from us, email firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to ensure you don't miss out on a single bottle.
