Do I need to pay to join the Chandon Étoile Wine Club?

No, you don’t need to pay to join the Chandon Étoile Wine Club. As a member, a selection of six Chandon sparkling wines will be delivered to your door three times a year for $198 per delivery. Your credit card will be charged within the first week of the month of dispatch.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within the first week of the month of club dispatch.

When will I receive my wine?

You will receive a sixpack of Chandon sparkling wines three times a year. Your first club sixpack will be sent within the first week of the month following sign-up, and each successive club sixpack will be sent every four months thereafter.

Will I be locked into a membership contract?

No, you are not locked into a contract when you join the Chandon Étoile Wine Club. You can cancel your membership at any time after receipt of your third club dispatch. There is, however, a $50 cancellation fee for memberships cancelled within the first year of membership.

Can I defer/suspend my membership?

Yes, you can defer your membership for up to twelve months by contacting us via wineclub@domainechandon.com.au or 03 9738 9200.

Can I choose a different selection of wines?

Our seasonal club selections showcase the very best of Domaine Chandon méthode-traditionnelle sparkling wine. These packs comprise limited-release and flagship sparklings. To ensure that you receive our very best sparkling wines, we don’t offer customisations to the club packs.

Does this offering include still wines as well as sparkling wines?

As a sparkling maison, we’ll be presenting you with the very best in Chandon méthode-traditionnelle sparkling wines. While Domaine Chandon still wines are not included within the club offering, we will email you exclusive offers on our still wines throughout the year.

Can I gift my complimentary Sunday School tickets?

Yes, you can; your complimentary Sunday School tickets are fully transferrable.

What happens if my wine is broken in transit?

We will replace your wine immediately and arrange for Australia Post to collect the broken wine at no expense to you, of course.

How do I cancel my membership?

Written notification of club cancellation is required via wineclub@domainechandon.com.au.
