An Important Message to the Chandon Community 

In light of the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to reassure guests planning a visit to Domaine Chandon that we are taking all the necessary precautions issued by the World Health Organisation and local authorities. Our utmost priority at the winery is the health and safety of our guests, employees, and contractors.

Please note that the restaurant and lounge bar remain open for business and we are warmly welcoming guests in a limited capacity. Less than 100 people (including staff) will be allowed indoors at any one point, so we will, therefore, be accepting visitors on a reservation-only basis. This includes dining, tastings, and tours. Although our staff already practice extremely good hygiene practices, we have asked the team to use hand sanitiser or wash their hands after any form of transaction, whether that be clearing plates, using the Eftpos machine, handling cash, products or other. Our long-serving cleaning team continues to be as diligent as ever and will be going above and beyond to ensure the site is thoroughly sanitised daily.

If any Chandon staff members present with minor symptoms, they will be kindly asked to stay home until they are back to full health and/or have been cleared of any illness.

We also encourage our much-respected patrons to follow the same measures by practicing good personal hygiene and choosing to postpone your visit should you have any symptoms relating to COVID-19. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time. 

Our online store will continue to be available for the foreseeable future and we will be happily fulfilling any online orders, which will be packaged in a completely sanitised space.
