Domaine Chandon is delighted to announce that one of our Winemakers, Glenn Thompson, has this year been selected for the esteemed Len Evens Tutorial.
Each year, the Len Evans Tutorial invites 12 scholars in the wine, vineyard, hospitality and sales fields from across Australia to develop their wine appreciation in a week-long tutorial with the nation’s top wine experts.
The tutorial program was established to enhance the quality of wine show judging, ensuring continued talent and a high caliber of Australian wine show judges for years to come.
This honorary experience allows participants to taste some of the oldest and rarest wines from across the globe, exposing the scholars to some of the great wine styles of the world.
“Glenn Thompson has been an integral part of the winemaking team at Domaine Chandon since 2005. We are thrilled that he has been acknowledged and selected for this remarkable opportunity,” said Shaine DeVenny, Estate Director.
The Len Evens Tutorial takes place in early November in the Hunter Valley.
