WINERY REOPEN FROM JUNE 1 2020
RESERVATIONS ONLY
We are delighted to announce that the winery will be reopen and warmly accepting guests, in a bookings only capacity from Monday 1 June 2020.
Guests will be able to select from a variety of food and wine packages that can be booked online or via phone at (03) 9738 9200. It is essential that all guests have a confirmed booking.
DINING PACKAGES
There are a number of bookable packages to choose from in our restaurant and lounge bar. These have all been carefully curated by our executive chef to ensure all guests have an enjoyable dining experience Please note that all beverage service must be accompanied by food.

Please note the tasting bar (including splash tastings) will unfortunately be closed until further notice.
Vegan menu and children’s menu both available upon request.
CONDITITIONS OF ENTRY
Domaine Chandon Australia (DCA) has an obligation to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons visiting and working at our sites. We want to reassure you that we are taking the necessary steps to minimise any potential impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our venue, in line with local government directed advice.
From 1 June, the following occupancy limits apply:
- Restaurant: 20 persons
- Lounge Bar: 20 persons
Please note that in order to comply with contact tracing measures, we will require all persons who wish to come onsite to register their full name, phone number and email address with a member of staff. Anyone that does not wish to provide these details will unfortunately be refused entry.
To help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you must not enter our premises if:
- you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath); OR
- you have been in contact with anyone that is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19; OR
- you have contracted COVID-19 and/or are in government directed self-isolation; OR
- you reside in a government restricted postcode area.
During your visit, we ask that you kindly respect other guests and staff members by ensuring the following:
- Maintain 1.5m physical distancing from other persons and staff
- Maintain good hand hygiene (regularly wash hands with soap and water, or use hand sanitiser)
- Practice respiratory hygiene (cover your mouth, sneeze/cough into you elbow or tissue)
- Download the COVIDSafe app
Please stay home if you are unwell.
DCA has the right to refuse entry to anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (such as coughing or fever) and persons who fail to comply with health and hygiene related requests may have their booking cancelled immediately.
