Chandon Yarra Valley Cuvée 2018
The terroir of a sparkling wine tells its story of nature and nurture, of the soil from which it grew and the hands which guided it, and the Chandon Yarra Valley Cuvée tells the oldest story of all. Years of experience have crafted a decadent wine with mirabelle plum and redcurrant undertones, and a dry palate with generous length that builds flavour with every sip. This particular sparkling pairs well with a nod to lessons learned, and a toast to the opportunities they’ve harvested.

WINEMAKING
WINE MAKING
Harvested from the very first Chandon vines in our Green Point vineyard, over thirty years of lessons and learnings from this very soil have birthed the Chandon Yarra Valley Cuvée. Like the Cuvées that have come before, this too champions the Pinot Noir grapes the region is famous for, giving expressive stone fruit characteristics alongside a sense of opulence and luxury.
