Méthode traditionnelle with 5 years age on lees contributes to a creamy texture and layers of complexity. 90% of the fruit comes from our Whitlands vineyard with 850m elevation and red soil which contributes to tight acidity and purity of fruit. A small amount from other prestigous regions is blended for complexity.
