CORPORATE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS


By registering as a member of Domaine Chandon Australia’s (DCA) Corporate Club (the “Club”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Requirements

1.1. Under Australian law, members of the Club must be 18 years of age or older.

1.2. Corporate Club Memberships are only available to Australian registered businesses. An Australian Business Number will be verified upon joining.

1.3. Corporate Club Memberships are for the use of the Australian Registered Business only, and cannot be used for personal reasons or for personal gain.

2. Membership Commitment Details

2.1. To maintain an active membership, the Club Member must place a minimum of three orders per calendar year.

2.2. Club Members who do not reach the minimum number of orders or minimum spend may have their membership cancelled without notice.

2.3. Club Members may cancel their membership at any time in accordance with Clause 6.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. For orders of 750ml bottles of sparkling wine valued from $500 to $899 a 15% discount will be applied

3.2. For orders of 750ml bottles of sparkling wine valued at $900 to $4,999 a 20% discount will be applied

3.3. Free shipping within Australia to one address on orders valued over $250

3.4. DCA reserves the right to change Membership Benefits at any time without notice.

4. Membership Benefits Rules & Restrictions

The aforementioned Membership Benefits are subject to the following rules and restrictions:

4.1. Member’s entitlement to membership benefits shall only commence from the date of membership confirmation email (‘Membership Confirmation”) sent by DCA to the Club Member. Membership benefits will continue unless the Club membership is cancelled in accordance with Clause 8. 

4.2. Membership benefits are limited to the use of the Corporate Club Member’s registered business and shall not be transferred, exchanged, or used for personal gain.

4.3. All Membership benefits will be suspended immediately in the event that any rule or restriction is breached.

4.4. All discounts are applicable on the Chandon Online Store only and cannot be used at the DCA Cellar.

4.5. All discounts are applicable on 750ml bottles of Chandon sparkling wine only. Any magnums, gift packs, vouchers, accessories or merchandise are excluded from Club discounts.

4.6. Club member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other DCA promotions or discounts.

4.7. Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of DCA. The most updated Terms and Conditions can be found at www.chandon.com.au/Club-Chandon/Corporate-Club-Terms.

5. Shipping

5.1. DCA only dispatches wines to Australian residential addresses that are recognised as valid shipping addresses by Australia Post’s eParcel service.

5.2. Shipping is free for all Club members within Australia on all orders of wine valued at $250 or greater.

5.3. Free shipping applies to one business address only. Shipments sent to multiple addresses will incur an extra cost.

5.4. All shipping and delivery of Club wines shall follow the latest Australia Post terms and conditions on alcohol delivery. 

5.5. DCA is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the wines after the shipment arrived under the custody of or during the delivery by Australia Post. 

5.6. The member will be responsible for any additional shipping charges plus a 10% administrative fee for all returned and/or re-shipped packages due to the member’s failure to provide correct shipping details and/or their failure to collect their wine from the Post Office in accordance with the Australia Post policy. 

6. Membership Cancellation 

6.1. Club members can cancel their membership at any time without penalty.

6.2. All Member benefits will cease and any outstanding benefits are forfeited upon cancellation of membership. 

6.3. A membership will automatically continue unless written notification of cancellation is received by DCA.

6.4. DCA reserves the right to terminate a Club membership or any Club member benefits at any time without notice.

7. Member Data Collection Information 

7.1. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that the personal information provided on their Club member account is accurate, complete and up to date. DCA is not responsible for changes made to the Club member account by the account holder and/ or any other persons with the account holder’s access details. 

7.2. Requests made to DCA to update member details must be made in writing. 

7.3. In line with the preferences and consent provided by the Club members, DCA will only use personal information provided on the Club application form to send Club wine purchases and winery news that may be of interest to the member, such as, but not limited to, tastings, exclusive offers, events, and new release information. 

7.4. DCA will not sell or share members’ personal information with any third parties, except to the extent necessary to deliver products or information to members, for example mailing houses and delivery contractors. Any third parties to whom such information is provided are instructed to delete or destroy these details immediately after use. DCA may also share personal information with its related companies, and as otherwise specified in its Privacy Policy available at www.chandon.com.au/Legal/Privacy-Policy. 

7.5. Members may opt out of receiving e-communications from DCA at any time by sending an opt out request by email to club@domainechandon.com.au, or use the unsubscribe facilities including in our marketing communications.

7.6. DCA will retain member credit card details in a secure environment in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.chandon.com.au/Legal/Privacy-Policy.

8. Conditions Subject to Change

8.1. DCA may at any time and at its sole discretion change these Terms and Conditions. The most updated Terms and Conditions will be found on www.chandon.com.au/Club-Chandon/Corporate-Club-Terms. A continued membership following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the most updated Terms & Conditions.
