SPARKLING BRUNCH

INTRODUCING CHANDON SPARKLING BRUNCH

Starting May, Chandon will be putting on the Mother of all Melbourne meals: brunch.

Start or end the weekend off right with a sparkling mimosa in hand, in our beautiful Chandon restaurant, overlooking the rolling Yarra ranges. A brand new brunch awaits, featuring savoury and sweet treats like smoked trout, coddled egg, pork and ham hock rillette, potato rosti, and madeleines and croissants for a sweet finish. And of course, it almost goes without saying, our most decadent sparklings.

Bookings are essential and there’s only 30 spots per day. Available from 10.30am to 12.30pm for 2 guests (minimum) up to 12 guests. Dine on a set menu for $70 per person.

Includes a sparkling mimosa to start and a glass of your choice of Cuvée Riche, Vintage Rosé 2015 or Vintage Blanc de Blancs 2016.

Brunch Menu

Smoked trout, dill, cucumber and creme fraiche.
Coddled egg, truffle scented mushroom with sauteed cavalo nero.
Pork and ham hock rillette with house made pickles.
Potato rosti.
Madeleines, lemon curd, apple rhubarb compote and fresh fruit.
Croissant, Baguette, salted butter.

Bookings are essential (no walk-ins)
