CHANDON Valentine's Day Cocktail (serves 2)
Ingredients:
Grapefruit syrup - 130ml grapefruit juice, 20g fresh strawberries, 65g caster sugar, 1/2 pith and zest of grapefruit
Garnish - fresh pink grapefruit, ice and rose petals
Method:
1. In a small pot, combine 130ml grapefruit juice, 20g fresh strawberries, 65g caster sugar, 1/2 pith and zest of grapefruit over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes
2. Pour 65ml of grapefruit syrup and top with 100ml of Chandon Pinot Gris Cuvée 2019
3. Add 3 - 4 ice cubes and garnish with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit and rose petals
