To showcase this exceptional wine our executive chef Josh Smyth has crafted a gourmet pie from the finest seasonal ingredients. A melt-in-your-mouth filling of five-spiced duck and shitake mushroom is encased in flaky, golden pastry, then served with chips and salad for a celebration of winter flavours.
A glass of CHANDON Pinot Noir Shiraz is included with lunch to complete the occasion.
