This wine is the purest form of fruit expression with striking lime, lemon and mandarin thanks to our high-altitude vineyards. There is a fine, delicate mousse, layers of nougat and saline, and a hint of toastiness on the finish.

This is an outstanding example of Australian Chardonnay grapes coming from our high altitude vineyard in Whitlands Plateau. With an aging potential of 5 – 10 years, you can expect it will mature beautifully over time.
