Our Sparkling Promenade was a resounding success, with guests enveloped in warmth and conviviality as live cooking stations transformed the night into a cozy celebration of flame-kissed cuisine and sparkling wine.
Guests indulged in heart-warming dishes that were born from the flames—each expertly paired with CHANDON's exquisite sparkling wines. The gourmet toasties, oozing with cheese and truffle, became an instant hit, as did the baby potatoes crowned with Yarra Valley caviar. Queensland tiger prawns flambéed on-the-spot with garlic and chilli drew crowds for their succulent taste and aromatic flair.
A true highlight of the evening was the porchetta spit roast—a culinary masterpiece lovingly prepared by Melbourne’s renowned Saluministi team—the pinnacle of our event. To round off the experience, our guests savoured gourmet cheeses and house-made chai crème brulée—a sweet conclusion to an unforgettable night.
