At the centre of your table is a shared cheese fondue, crafted the CHANDON way — blending tradition with local expression. Swiss raclette meets local Long Paddock cheese, finished with CHANDON sparkling wine to create something rich, generous, and made to be lingered over.
For dipping, we’ve stepped things up from traditional bread cubes. Our chef has reimagined French onion soup as a toastie — fresh sourdough encasing caramelised onion and cheese velouté, ready to be dipped into even more cheese.
Alongside this, a generous spread of local accompaniments: baby potatoes, Brussels sprouts, grilled pear, broccolini, saucisson, pickles, and a fresh bitter leaf salad to balance it all out.
To finish, a S’more-inspired chocolate tartlet with house-made marshmallow — a little something sweet to end.
