Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Chandon with our elevated menu for the day. Choose from 3 or 4 courses, with upgraded starters including scallop, salmon and coconut ceviche with finger lime salmon roe, and Bahia spiced popcorn, all served with a freshly baked bread. Entrée and main are your choice, and for dessert we’re adding a valentines treat – Pavlova with pink grapefruit, double cream, and passion fruit.

We'll also have a sparkling wine cocktail on offer, a pink grapefruit spritzer with edible flowers. This delicious cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to our pavlova and is sure to impress.
