Fermented and matured in 205-litre barrels, this wine is crafted as a “blockbuster” sparkling—brimming with texture, richness and character. Crafted from the classic Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes, sourced from our esteemed high-elevation vineyard on the Whitlands Plateau.

A vibrant and expressive sparkling, with alluring notes of green apple, preserved lemon and toasted almond. The palate is full and generous, with flavours of lemon curd, nutmeg spice and a long, mouth-coating finish.

To our knowledge, we’re the only producer in Australia using these unique barrels for sparkling. By allowing oxygen flow during fermentation, we achieve a broad and powerful style of sparkling wine.

It’s a sparkling that makes its presence known - perfect with heartier dishes than you might usually reach for with bubbles. Think roast pork, a warming curry, or creamy mushroom risotto.
